CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policy is in effect if you submit an online or phone order

 

Balloon bouquet orders may be canceled, changed, or rescheduled using the following guidelines.

 

A. HOW TO CANCEL

Please send your request by email to orders@teamlicious.com. We will respond with a cancellation confirmation. If you do not receive a response within 12 hours, please contact customer service by phone. Please do not consider your order canceled until you have received a printed confirmation by email, fax or phone.

For orders scheduled for delivery in the U.S Please, send your request email to usorders@teamlicious.com

 

 B. DEADLINES FOR CANCELING AND CHANGING AN ORDER

Same-day orders can only be changed or cancelled only if the order has not been prepared.

Nex-day and up coming  future orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order to obtain full refund

 

C. CANCELLATION FEE

A cancellation fee of $10 applies to cancellations received after the deadlines noted above.

Full Refund of payment will be issued to cancellations received before the deadlines noted above.

 

D. WAIVERS TO THE CANCELLATION FEE

The $10 cancellation fee will be waived for a cancellation received within 24 hours of placing the order if the order is not scheduled for delivery within 24 hours. Same-day orders cannot be canceled.
