BALLOONS DELIVERY OPTIONS

Below are descriptions of delivery time frames. All available options will appear in a menu within your shopping cart. Look for the time frame that corresponds to your delivery and select your choice as shown in the shopping cart.

A. Standard Delivery Service

With Standard Delivery Service, you will be presented with three time frame options:

09.30am to 2.00pm

11.00am to 3.30pm

 02.00pm to 7.00pm

The delivery will arrive during this time frame if the order is destined to a business, hospital, hotel, banquet hall, or school. Please refer to this page for exceptions.

The delivery charge for Standard Delivery Service will range from $15 to $30 in most cities. Higher charges may apply in sub urban areas.

The delivery charge will appear when an item is added to your shopping cart, allowing you to see the grand total before proceeding with the order. The delivery charge will not increase as more balloons are added to your cart.

To qualify for delivery service, your order must include a minimum order of $39.99 worth of balloons/weights (gift items, delivery charge, processing fee, and tax are not included in this minimum).

B. Same Day Service

Same day service can be ordered online. To see if same-day service is available, you can check online, e-mail us or preferably contact us over the phone.

C. Special Delivery Service — When Timing is Critical

When a tighter delivery time frame is desired, Special Delivery Service may be available in some cities if the order is scheduled at least one or two day in advance. The following surcharges apply on top of the standard delivery charge.

Any 3 hour period, between 8am and 7pm —        $40 delivery surcharge

Any 2 hour period, between 8am and 7pm —        $60 delivery surcharge

Any 1 hour period, between 8am and 8pm —        $80 delivery surcharge

Any half hour period, between 8am and 8pm — $100 delivery surcharge

Saturday deliveries starts from $25.00 basic fee plus any applicable charges depending on the location

Sundays and Holidays  Starts from  $60.00 basic fee plus any applicable delivery charges depending on the location

Delivery between 5am and 6am —   $120 delivery surcharge

Delivery between 6am and 7am —   $100 delivery surcharge

Delivery between 7am and 8am —   $90   delivery surcharge
