BALLOONS DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We will be glad to take prompt action to address any service issues or complaint that are reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL ANONYMOUS DELIVERIES
We will help you to provide anonymous delivery service on your own request. In cases where a signature or sender name is not provided on the greeting card which accompanies an order, we will reveal the name of the sender to the recipient if they refused to accept the order upon delivery.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS
If the recipient is unavailable when we arrive, the balloons will be left at the business location.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A RESIDENCE
Surprise deliveries will be guaranteed on your own risk to residential locations. Standard procedure is to contact the residence and arrange a delivery time which ensures someone will be at the residence to accept the order when we arrive. This call may be made the day prior to delivery. If we are unable to deliver to the recipient, we will manage to drop off the balloons in any safe location on your own risk. On the occasion that we are not able to deliver, you will need to pay a re-delivery fee within one or two business days.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A HOSPITAL
We may contact the hospital prior to delivery to ensure that balloons are permitted for the patient and to ensure that the patient is still a hospital guest. Please, note that only Mylar balloons are permitted for hospital orders.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A HOTEL
Deliveries to hotel guests are made in care of the guest services agents, front desk, bell desk, or concierge. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery.
BALLOON DELIVERIES TO A SCHOOL
Not all schools permit balloon deliveries to students. Those that do require that the delivery be made to the main office. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the school office contacts the student to pick up the balloons. However, we will not permit any classroom deliveries to any learning or educational institution.

SPECIAL DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Special delivery time frames, which are offered specially on phone or e-mail are intended for orders going to doorman residences. For non-doorman residences, a standard time frame should be selected and we will process your order according to the time frame range. Standard time frames are:
09.30am to 2.00pm
11.30am to 3.30pm
02.00pm to 7.00pm
You can contact us on phone or by e-mail to discuss about any selected time frame that does not fall in the above standard time frame for balloons deliveries. However, whether or not the order is actually delivered during the selected time frame depends on the delivery time which is arranged. The delivery time which is established during calls or e-mail will take priority over the time frame posted on the order.
