STEP ONE – Provide the Delivery Location and Delivery Date
Near the top of any page you will find a box that will allow you to enter the following information:
1. ZIP Code or Postal Code for the delivery location
2. The desired delivery date
STEP TWO – Begin Shopping
You can select an item from shopping categories or search for a specific item.
You will find item under:
1. Helium Rental on home page menu
2. Balloons on home page menu
3. Shops on home page menu
You will find individual balloons of all types under the tab Balloons. Alternatively, you can use the search feature to find specific types of balloons.
If you need large quantities of plain balloons, use the tab titled BULK HELIUM BALLOONS.
If you need balloon decorating for a special event, use the tab titled BALLOON DECORATING.
STEP THREE – Determine if a Weight is Required
If you are ordering a ready-made item, a weight will automatically be included.
If you are ordering a ready-made item and adding additional balloons, a weight will automatically be included — there is no need to add one.
If you are ordering a custom-made item, a weight is not included and you should add a weight to your order. You will see weight options on the shopping cart page once you begin adding individual balloons to your shopping cart.
If you are ordering a ready-made item as one item, and a custom item as another item, you will need to add a weight for the custom item. If there are multiple custom items, be sure to order a weight for each item.
If you are ordering bulk balloons and need these divided into groups, you will need to order one weight per group. Please provide color information and special instructions, ie, how many balloons per group. This information should be placed in the special instructions section of the shopping cart page.
STEP FOUR – Add Greeting Card Message
Immediately beneath the balloons pictured in your cart is a box where you can add your personal greeting.
STEP FIVE – Select Delivery Time Slot
You will find delivery time options at the bottom of the shopping cart page. In order to proceed in the ordering process, you must select a delivery time slot. If you need a time slot that is not shown, please contact customer service.
STEP SIX – Add Special Instructions
Near the greeting card box is a special instructions box. Provide information here that will assist us in fulfilling your order. This is also where you may specify color details, if applicable.
STEP SEVEN – Proceed to Checkout
After completing Step Six, click the CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the page.
