The text/name on the packaging of a product may not match the name on the website exactly. Product titles/names on the website may vary from the packaging due to language translations, manufacturer changing package text without notice, abbreviations, industry naming conventions, etc. Please be sure to check the SKU/item number to confirm you received the correct product. Product title/name differences between the website and packaging does not qualify for a refund.
Anagram 34″ and 53″ letter and number balloon packaging may show dimensions other than 34″ or 53″. The balloon inside is correct, the packaging is incorrect. Incorrect dimensions on the packaging due to a printing error does not qualify for a refund.
